3D surveying - construction plans
As architects, we are aware of the challenges that come with the transition from 2D survey plans to 3D as-built models. During the planning phase, it is often difficult to understand whether the measurements have been correctly transferred to the 3D model and which information from the survey has been incorporated. We close this gap by creating the 3D modeling directly from our survey and the point cloud and handing you a finished 3D as-built model.
We undertake services of performance phase 1 (LPH 1) and deliver the measurements directly to you as a 3D model in the formats (.pln, .rvt, .skp, .ifc).
On request, we can integrate your office level structures or add component classifications that are essential for further BIM planning.
